Shipping policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original payment method.

Orders are typically processed within the Same business day before 2pm (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please:

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, severe weather, customs delays).

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
